Mr. Joseph Sin is the Managing Director of the Company. He possesses a wealth of experience in insurance, finance and investment industries. Mr. Sin worked with the AXA group for 15 years and had held senior management positions including President and Chief Executive of AXA-Minmetals Assurance Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, General Manager of AXA China Region Insurance Co., Ltd. (formerly called National Mutual Asia Ltd. - a major insurance company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong from 1992 to 1999) and Country Representative in China. Prior to joining the Company, he was the Group Managing Director of Tanrich Financial Holdings Ltd. (a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong).

Mr. Sin is a Member of the Guangzhou Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, an Advisor of the Guangdong General Chamber of Commerce and Honorary Vice Chairman of the Chinese Financial Education Development Foundation, Beijing, an Honorary Vice President of the Hong Kong Accounting Professionals Association and Member of the Executive Committee of Business and Professionals Federation of Hong Kong. He is a Vice Chairman of the Institute of Financial Accountants in Hong Kong, a Council Member of the Greater China Branch of National Institute of Accountants and a Vice President of the Society of Registered Financial Planners. Mr. Sin is also a Member of the Advisory Committee of the Studio of Development and Programming of Shanghai Insurance Industry and a Visiting Professor of the Central University of Finance and Economics, Beijing and the Wuhan University; and an Honorary Professor of the Guangzhou College of Finance, China. Mr. Sin is a qualified Accountant, a Chartered Secretary and a Registered Financial Planner.

Ms Rosanna Chan is the Chief Executive of the company. Prior to joining the company, Rosanna was the Manager of AXA China Region Insurance Co Ltd. She also worked for The Prudential Assurance Co Ltd as Business Manager for promoting insurance products. She has been in the insurance field for over 16 years. Rosanna is a Fellow of Life Office Management Association, Inc., (FLMI), an Associate Member of Customer Services of FLMI (ACS), a Member of The Institute of Financial Accountants (UK) (AFA), a Professional National Accountant of the National Institute of Accountants (Australia) (PNA), a Registered Financial Planner (RFP) and a Certified Risk Planner(CRP) in the financial planning industry.
